Wi-Fi was reliable, but the musty room had dirty carpets and low cleanliness.

The room was well-maintained with satellite television, climate control and a microwave oven.

Low-budget hotel with a great service. The rooms with 2 double beds.

Magnificent location next to GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, mall, Jacksonville, it's efficient business. You'll need 15 minutes to walk to Ted's Montana Grill with nice drinks.

Location is good. Lots of restaurants close by. Grocery store across the street.

Refrigerator was missing a leg so it was wobbly. Microwave was on top of refrigerator so it kept sliding backwards. There was no phone or clock in room. Shower head was broke so it stay up against wall, couldn't adjust. Coffee maker in room broke...not working. I go to Jacksonville monthly and always stay here because of location and convenience. There has been something wrong with every room I've had. I report all these issues to the front desk but nothing ever gets done or fixed.Have had trouble with front desk being rude.

How did this place getvsuch a high rating?! Check in was a debacle. Tried to check in at 1130am and was turned away and told to come back at 3pm. Came back at 230pm and was told that I could check in early so I went to the front desk where someone else was checking in. When it was my turn, I was again turned away until 3pm...20 Minute later. First room they gave me (that was automatically assigned to me by their system) had no furniture in it. None. I went back to the lobby and was given another room....tbus time it was occupied! The guests belongings were still in there. It's a good thing I'm an honest person and didn't steal anything. The room I finally got was littered with burn marks on the sink and vanity area, huge burn hole on the linens, the walls weren't painted, stains all over the tub. There was no way I was going to use that hepatitis shower. Where was the gm? She was hiding on property refusing to answer the phone. The girl at the front desk was new and in training yet the gm just left her and her coworker there to deal with the angry guests. I heard one employee say that they didn't want to call her again because she's not answering and when she does, she's not very nice. Worst. Stay. Ever.

Very nice staff, comfortable beds, I will love to stay here again.

We visited the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, a highlight for the kids. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping plaza. We had a smooth check-in experience thanks to the friendly staff.

In my wife's opinion, the pool hours could be improved for kids' enjoyment.

I stayed one night in a double room and enjoyed the comfy beds and the clean atmosphere. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day, and I appreciated having a leisure area to unwind. It's a bit worn down, but for the price, it's not a deal breaker-just make sure to book early for better options 😊

Good location bed was comfortable

I was laying in bed and three individual preceeded to enter my room. my room was given to other occupants. i was taken out of the sys. The staff member that evening did a poor job of telling me why this happen. This was truly scary experience for my family. We though someone was beaking in. i was also charged for another night when it should have been a returned.

It was just a good pick for a short visit in Jacksonville with excellent value for money. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Make sure to ask about breakfast options since they had great food and service.
